Shipping Policy, Delivery Times
1. Processing Time (Design & Production)
- In-stock items: 1–6 business days.
- Custom/personalised items: 2–15 business days.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (after processing)
- Portugal Continental: 1–2 business days.
- Madeira & Azores: 6–12 business days
- Spain Continental: 1–2 business days.
- Europe: 1–4 business days.
- Rest of the World: 2–7 business days.
3. Important Notes
- Estimated delivery times are for business days and may be affected by holidays, carrier schedules, or customs inspections.
- The shipping time starts after the processing phase is complete.
- Each shipment includes tracking and proof of delivery.
4. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being absent, the package will be sent to the nearest CTT Store or CTT Pickup Point, where it will be available for collection for 6 days. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
If the package is returned, the customer may:
- request a reshipment, covering the shipping costs, or
- request a refund of the product price, excluding shipping and return costs.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address, ensuring that someone is available to receive the package, and collecting it within the specified timeframe.
