Refund policy

Return Period:
The return period starts the day you receive your order. You have 30 days to return your item. EU customers also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the order for any reason, without justification.

Return Conditions:

“Items must be in good condition, not broken, and in original packaging.”

How to Return:
For any return, contact us at info@trassu.com. We will guide you on how to send your item and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Note: Customers may cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damages or Issues:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Consumer Arbitration & Dispute Resolution:
Consumers can use Consumer Arbitration Centers or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/RAL).
